SCULPT- INTERMEDIATE

A 50-minute class designed to take your Pilates practice to the next level. This class is for individuals who have a good understanding of the fundamentals of Pilates and are ready to progress to more challenging movements. 3 beginner classes or individual sessions required before taking this class.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

A 1:1 session is where you can benefit from my undivided attention and receive a personalized class tailored to your specific needs and goals. During this session we'll cover various movements to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Enjoy personal guidance and hands on cueing to guarantee proper alignment and technique.
