PERSONALIZED ATTENTION:
In a private session, you receive my undivided attention with personalized instruction. Each session will consist of exercises that are specific to your body type, fitness level, and goals. This ensures that you are performing the movements correctly and safely, maximizing the benefits of each movement. You’ll be able to improve flexibility, build core strength, and achieve better body awareness at a much faster rate.
Injury PREVENTION:
The personalized guidance in private sessions ensures proper form and technique, reducing the risk of injury. For conditions such as Osteoporosis, Disc Herniation, Spinal Stenosis, or even pregnancy, a private session allows me to tailor movements to your specific needs. You’ll develop a strong foundation in Pilates principles while also learning how to engage the correct muscles for each exercise. This attention to detail can prevent common mistakes and minimize the risk of strain or injury.
Flexibility in Scheduling:
Private sessions offer flexibility in terms of scheduling. You can find a time that suits your availability, making it easier to consistently attend sessions. This flexibility allows you to prioritize your fitness goals and maintain a regular Pilates practice. Please reach out to me if you are looking for a specific time that is not available on my current schedule.
Duos and trios:
All 1:1 session have the ability to be turned into a duo or trio session. Whether you are planning a pilates and brunch date with your besties, scheduling in some TLC with your mom, or looking to really show your significant other what pilates is really about this class is for you!
