  • What do i need for class?

    Clothes that you can work out comfortably in. Fitted clothing gives me the capability to watch you move. For your safety, grip socks are required. If you need a pair of socks please reach out to me for what’s in stock.

  • Who is pilates for?

    For EVERYONE! Pilates has the availability to be restorative, strengthen, tone, and stabilize. Overall, pilates exercises can adapt to meet the needs and goals of various individuals.

  • I've never done Pilates. Can I still join?

    YES! A beginner class is the perfect place to start! I’ll provide in depth cueing to help assist you through movements and you’ll work on core strength, body alignment, and flexibility while still enjoying a kick ass workout! if you still don’t feel ready for a group class book a 1:1 session.

  • Do i book in advance?

    Yes, due to limited space, sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to guarantee a spot in class.

  • How does the waitlist work?

    When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Please note you will be charged in full at the time of booking.

    If you are on the waitlist, you should expect to attend class. If a spot opens, you will be automatically added into the class up to 12 hours before the start time of class. Check your account online to confirm if you’ve been placed into class.

    If no spots open up, you will receive class credit to use for future bookings within 30 days.

  • What if i need to cancel?

    I understand, life happens! As a courtesy to other clients, please cancel your booking 24 hours prior to your class/ session and the class credit will remain in your account. Cancellations within the 24 hour window will forfeit the credit.

    To cancel your booking, log in to your account, click your Profile Icon > go to Bookings and click Cancel for the selected appointment.
